Who this is for

No technical background required.

If you've been quietly meaning to "figure out AI" and haven't gotten there yet, you're in the right room.

We meet you where your current knowledge is. We don't expect you to know the difference between Claude and ChatGPT. We don't expect you to be comfortable with prompts. We will build those skills with you.

You have spent years building expertise and knowledge. Now it's time to discover how to use AI to make all that hard work give you an even better ROI.

What you'll leave with.

The lay of the land

You'll know what Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini actually are, what each is good at, and which one to reach for when.

Prompts that work

You'll know how to get exactly what you need. And you'll know why "make it better" is a terrible prompt, and what to do instead.

A nose for hallucination

You'll recognize when AI is confidently wrong, and you'll have a quick way to verify before you forward anything.

Confidence, not certainty

You won't leave an expert. You'll leave with the judgment and the muscle memory to keep going on your own.

The day, at a glance.

Eight hours, in person, with lunch and breaks. About one-third instruction, two-thirds doing.

9:00 – 10:00

Welcome & foundations

Why you're here. What these tools actually are, what makes each different, and why we'll spend most of the day in Claude.

10:00 – 12:00

Prompts that work

The difference between bad, good, and great prompts, and how to write the great ones reliably. Two hours of focused practice so the technique sticks.

12:00 – 1:00

Lunch & squad assignments

Lunch is provided. You'll be grouped by profession (lawyers with lawyers, teachers with teachers) for the afternoon's hands-on work.

1:00 – 2:30

Hallucination, judgment & real workflows

How to spot what AI gets wrong, verify what matters, and chain tools together to solve actual problems.

2:45 – 4:00

Build something real

We will pick a real problem to research and strategize for. Spend 75 minutes building a working solution with your squad.

4:00 – 5:30

Presentations, prompt library & what's next

Three or four squads share what they built. You'll leave with the shared prompt library and a clear next step.

Common questions.

I'm really not technical. Am I going to be lost?

No. This workshop was built specifically for people who are excellent at their actual job and have not, until now, found a sensible on-ramp to AI. We assume nothing.

Can my employer pay?

Yes. Stripe will issue a receipt that's straightforward to expense or submit for reimbursement. If your employer needs an invoice in a particular format, send us a note and we'll sort it out.

What's your refund policy?

Full refund up to 14 days before the workshop. After that, you can transfer your seat to a colleague at no charge. Just let us know who's coming instead.

I'm coming in from out of town. Any hotel recommendations?

Yes. Once you've registered, we'll send a logistics email with a short list of nearby hotels we like, plus directions and parking info.

I'd love to bring my whole team. Is there a group rate?

For groups of five or more, get in touch directly. We can usually do better than the public rate, and for groups of twenty or more it's worth looking at a custom on-site workshop.

What accessibility accommodations do you offer?

The venue is fully accessible. If you have any specific requests or accommodations we should know about, mention them when you register or reach out directly. We'll make sure things are ready.

Let's fly.
