STRONGER ROADMAPS,
FEWER ROADBLOCKS.

Bright Sparrow helps product and technical teams build effective roadmaps, and identify and fix crippling process issues.

Perhaps you need to get better at analyzing data to find the right prioritization for your annual roadmap. Maybe you need to revitalize the way your product and technology teams communicate. Or you might just need to zero in on a few internal processes causing you and your teams unnecessary pain.

We’ve seen companies in all stages of growth both succeed and fail, so we know what works (and what doesn’t). The most important things for growing companies to get right are the “what” and the “how”. We can help.

THE WHAT & THE HOW

OUR SERVICES

We offer two solutions to help either early-stage or established companies, depending on their needs. The “what” is a disciplined approach to building your product and technical roadmap. The “how” identifies pain and friction in your key processes and recommends a plan to resolve them.

PLAN AND PRIORITIZE THE "WHAT"

1. ROADMAP WORKSHOPS

Over 3 days, we will work with you, your leaders, and your product and technology teams to establish a data-driven approach to your roadmap that zeroes in on sales targets, market differentiation, user feedback, support trends, and technical hurdles.

By the end of the sessions, you will know who to talk to, where to look, what to ask, and how to prioritize, making an effective roadmap within reach and able to align your teams.

DIG INTO AND FIX THE "HOW"

2. OPERATIONS DIAGNOSTICS

First, we meet with you to help you define KPIs for key processes. Then, through in-depth analysis, we identify inefficiencies limiting growth in those areas: product development, technical debt and vulnerability, onboarding, and quarterly planning, to name a few. Finally, we'll give you actionable recommendations to streamline for faster growth, and work with you to build a plan to achieve the metrics you've set.
